Pool Safety Inspection, Certification & Compliance Services
iComply Pool Safety Certification are E1 qualified and certified pool safety inspectors operating throughout the NSW area. Our inspectors are certified, experienced, insured and compliant with Australian Standards. We will work closely with you to make your pool and spa both safe and secure so that it complies with the required standards. We can issue you a NSW Compliance Certificate so that your legal obligations are met.
Why pool safety certification?
From 29 April 2016 all properties in NSW with a swimming pool or spa pool cannot be sold without a valid certificate of compliance or certificate of non-compliance outlining the issues that need to be fixed. A property cannot be leased without a valid certificate of compliance. Only accredited private certifiers can provide information on how to obtain a certificate.
